I recently had the privilege of being interviewed by the California Business Journal, and it gave me the chance to reflect on my journey. This opportunity came after I graduated from UVA’s Darden School of Business through their Adult Continuation Program. It was a pivotal moment in my life—one that fueled a relaunch, allowing me to step into a healthier, more inspired version of myself.
The article dives into my background, from co-owning successful restaurants in Charlottesville to transitioning into Government and Military sales. It highlights my hands-on leadership style and my ability to build, grow, and find new opportunities. My work now focuses on understanding procurement needs and providing the best solutions for the warfighter and the taxpayer. It’s about bringing opportunities to life—whether that’s in a kitchen or on the battlefield.
This new chapter has been one of healing and realignment. I’ve focused on removing negativity and reinserting the positive forces that align with my values: being a good father, a Christian-principled man, and someone who embraces wellness, fitness, and clean living. I’m deeply grateful for where I am today and for the opportunity to share my story.
